Very busy, which I guess is a good thing. I did like how I had 1 staff member was with me from greeting to the press, then they leap frog back to the line. I had the steak and cheese with onions peppers and mushrooms. I substituted Mayo for Chipotle Mayo, pretty good, a bit too much cheese, but now I know for next time to ask for less. Just a bit pricey but I guess that, $12 for a sandwich is "normal" nowadays.

Best paninis in Mass... but best sandwiches in Marlborough hands down. Used to be a big Arbys fan till I tasted your Roast Beef.... amazing. I don’t know what the hell their serving. It may be beef, but it’s some ground up chopped and formed nonsense.... you guys have real meat

This place is dope, I went to an all day seminar nearby and happened upon this location. The food and staff were on point plus the drinks they offered (infused water) were absolutely fantastic, thanks for the experience, I highly recommend checking this place out!!

Great place.

I just wish that their grilled chicken would be a little more cooked. It doesn't have any "grill" brown marks and it leans more toward being boiled than grilled.

Also I noticed that different branches has different protocols. For example the other Worcester shop cuts the chicken in much more smaller peices.

At any rate, it is a place that I'll visit again.

I love this place! The people are really friendly and the sandwiches are amazing. So is the pink lemonade! They have deals going on sometimes, but it's pretty cheap for having fresh food.
