Pretty standard Cheesecake Factory experience. There was no wait at about 7pm on a Saturday, so my family and I were seated promptly. Food was pretty good, but nothing in particular stood out to me. I consumed my key lime cheesecake slice at home over the course of a few days. More likely to have a better time here than at the one in Back Bay
This place is great. It's a chain, so you know what you're getting. Very spacious restaurant which includes outdoor seating. Saturday night at 7, party of 2, seated immediately. Lots of booth seating. There is food service at the bar. Our waitress Hannah was terrific. I am pretty picky about my food and requested a few adjustments to my ordered items, they got it absolutely right the first time.
100% great experience. Highly recommend.
Always consistent. Love going during the week 4-6pm in the high top bar area with my kids for the $6 bar menu. Especially the full burger - kids don't like the sauce but you can order without + a side of French fries.
Not nearly as cheesy as you'd suspect (see what I did there?!). This was my first and only visit to the chain. Pretty darn impressive, wide ranging menu. I was w group of college students who were familiar w the place. They knew about big portions there. I don't recall my entree choice, but it was good. Birthday cheesecake is ridiculously good.
Cheese cake factory is a great place in general, but this time was not a very great experience. I went here, about a week ago, with two of my friends. The food was great, but my friend and I both found a piece of hair in our food. They were different types of hair, in different dishes, so it wasn't one chef having a hair loss problem. We told the waiter, and she then got the manager, when we just wanted her to take our food. The manager was nice and all about it, but I'm not going to this cheese cake factory again. I'm sure that wouldn't happen again, but still.
