Came here for the Porchetta, they lived up to the hype, it was amazing, I went into a food coma for the rest of the afternoon. I'd advise eating this when you don't have to go back to work. So worth it.
I dont write reviews (I really dont) but that being said I was parking my semi for the night at a customer and saw the food truck a block or two away and decided to wander over and check it out. Was about 35° and lightly raining. I ordered the porchetta and the fried potatoes. The people were very friendly and the food was delicious. I was pretty surprised there wasn't many people around the truck with the food tasting a great as it did. Believe me if I have the time I'll bring my family on the 7hr drive back here for some more of that porchetta
My wife and I love this place. We recommend two half sandwiches and potatoes.
We are using Pennypackers catering for our upcoming wedding. Went for tasting last night and was blown away. The meal totally exceeded our expectations and truly some of the best food we've ever eaten. Kevin listened to our requests and gave us the exact menu we were looking for made even better! Taste, quality of ingredients, every detail. Can't recommend him enough!
First time here and I love it. Small menu with big flavor. It seems like they keep it small to focus on making the few items amazing. Everything is made from scratch. Even the bread. Make sure to get the pickled vegetables with your sandwich. Totally worth the $2 to give a little extra to your meal. Enough for one person so get an order with each sandwich. I got the pork sandwich which was delicious. Staff is very friendly and love talking about the food they make. Cant wait to be in the area again to get something else. Great job guys.
