Went for brunch, had a reservation for 4. Was seated right away and the food was amazing! Would definitely recommend for a brunch spot
Went here expecting more of a diner than Americana, but the food is still really good. Had the burger, which was very juicy. You have the option of getting onion rings as a side that I highly recommend doing. The beer and cocktail selection here is vast. They have outdoor seating. Watch out for the service door. It opens outwards into the closely packed seating area.
The food and the staff are great here. The price is a bit high tho. For the price, I would have expected more food than I got, and more selections as well. Again, the quality of the food was excellent, but it was a bit pricey for the selection available.
The food is really good but there is two things that definitely made the experience less than ideal. First off the dining area is very loud, I couldn't hear my friends sitting next to me. I know this isn't strictly under their control but I feel like a better job could have been done to control it. Then, the kitchen lost the ticket which meant that it took over an hour for everyone to get their food. Mistakes happen but what made me dissatisfied is that our waiter and then the house manager told us two different stories about why the food was so delayed. I would just appreciate more honesty. If you lost the ticket then just tell me. The saving grace for the experience as a whole was they comped two desserts for the table which were delicious. A nice gesture but still doesn't make up for the fact that it took almost three hours to complete our visit.
The focus here seems to be on beers and cocktails. I'm more of a food guy. Potato skins were fine, but nothing to write home about. The week's special dessert (chocolate stout cake) could have been quite nice, but it was served much too cold.
My dining companion spoke highly of the fried chicken. For myself, I won't be back any time soon.
