Al Fresca Ristorante

Just amazing! I am a very picky eater, so it is hard for me to eat outside my home. A friend had been talking about this place for a year and we finally went. I ordered haddock with a lemon sauce over linguine. I couldn't stop eating it. I'm looking forward to going back.

Fabulous. The food was great as was the service. It can get noisy but that did not bother us as we were a party of 10. We will be back.

The food was great. Started with the eggplant rollitini. The red sauce was amazing, I don't know what they do to make the sauce but wow.
I ordered the shrimp and veal dish in a brandy sauce. The veal was really tender and delicious.
Everyone I was with loved the food as well.
The prices were very reasonable I highly recommend this place.
I grew up in the north end, so I know my stuff.

The food was absolutely the best I have had in a long time - and I tend to be picky about my sauces in Italian cuisine! Staff was friendly. They were very busy on a Saturday night. I recommend reservations. They were able to squeeze us in due to a last minute cancellation. I very much appreciate that they offered us a choice - to give us that cancelled spot if we felt we would be done before the next reservation was due or wait a while longer for a table that would be no rush. That tells me that they care about having that reserved table available on time for the ones who thought ahead!

So I've never been here before.I was up visiting friends, we went to this quaint place absolutely fantastic. right from the bread to the incredibly friendly waitress. the food was spectacular. we all got different dishes. the prices are so reasonable. you get a large portion, everybody takes home. I just can't say enough about this place. I'll be back many many times now.
