Authentic Chinese food (not American-ized) with delicious vegetable dishes, noodles, and seafood. Chinatown-like quality without the crowds and lack of parking. Good service and clean atmosphere!
Good dim sum spot. Gets crowded quickly. Best if you're prepared to be adventurous, as it can be hard to tell what you're getting if you aren't with a seasoned dim sum veteran.
This new location is very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of parking is a bonus.
The first visit wasn't good experience because it was around Chinese New year. We had a large party, 14 or 15 of us, but they would not seat us at the 20 seat table which was left empty. Eventually we talked them into giving us that table. This was dim sum.
Our recent visit was much better. This was for dinner with 10 of us. The food was good and quick. Waitors and waitresses were more attentive and friendly.
Their weekend dim sum highlights some of the most flavorful and labor-intensive dishes. It’s the real deal with food carts and all, so arm yourself with their menu that describes the dishes to avoid slowing down the pace. I am loving the fresh foods brought in by this new restaurant. We found the staff to be very gracious and helpful.
Some suggestions, need to hire a more professional hostess or host speak better English, better table floor planning, "ORGANIZE which servers are responsible for the tables." Staff manners need improvement, make sure orders are brought to the right tables, When busy, staff schedule rotations assure customers don't lose their orders and time. Would be nice to have one person walk around to ask or followup with customers anything need or lack. Restaurant hospitality is a major theme especially in today's social media. Treat all customers like they are your gems. Staff meetings before business hours are essential. Overall the atmosphere is warm and the evening food needs improvement. The chief should try its own cooking before serving. Dim sum, great has improved. No matter how great of the foods, your staff is the doorway restaurant's impression. Good luck.
