To everyone who misses the red pleather booths, dark interiors and giant portions of the past, this is your new favorite place! Friendly staff, fabulously retro interior, very solid Italian American classics. Love it.

Best haddock around, especially its Nantucket blend with cheese and crumbs. Steaks, grisley but tasty. Italian, a tad too much garlic. All around a very pleasant Italian eatery.

Update: On two separate visits had to return haddock because it was undercooked. This should never happen. I wonder if there us a new chef. Haddock was as thin as a pancake.

Will monitor in future.

Really enjoy the food at Maria's! Service is great! My only issue is with the Fisherman platter! It is always golden brown but nothing is crispy! Please change the battery you use! We get it often and hope to taste crispy fried clams someday!

One of the most neighborhood restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of eating at. Maria's is one of those places your parents visit every week without fail. The portions are huge, the staff is nice enough, and the wine is poured heavy. The quality of food is pretty good but won't knock your socks off. If you live near here you've been.
