The Cheesecake Factory

The food was ok. But trying to have a private conversation is impossible. I was sitting closer to the stranger next to me than my aunt across the table. Rows of just 2 diner tables. Fast food they wanted us in and out. The waiter was very nice, told us not to rush..but he had the long row of 2 diners, so we didn't want to monopolize the table. If you want a quick dinner its okay. I have had their cheesecake in the past and it is really really good.

As far as the restaurant reply??? I didn't have a problem with the lighting. I had a problem with being crammed in.

Such a great place to grab some seats at the bar, have a couple of cold drinks and some really great food. The apps are plentiful and killer! And the bartenders always remember is and what we like to drink - always a great experience.

I enjoy going to this particular cheesecake factory. There is a wait, sometimes a long one, but I think it's worth it and I go browse the mall while I wait. The last time I was there was less than ideal, BUT that being said, my server Jose was really accommodating. I had to wait quite a while for my food to be cooked through to my liking so he immediately offered to grab me a soup or salad while I waited. After the second time it was sent back, he requested a manager, Patrick, who was also very nice and attentive. Unfortunately, I couldn't completely settle my issue in the restaurant, but I contacted the restaurant and spoke with someone else about it who was also really great and helped me with the problem. All in all, I will be heading back and waiting around for the good food and customer service because it's worth it.
