Robert T. Lynch Municipal Golf Course

Course is still quite wet in many places. If you hit the ball too high then it could be plugged and difficult to find. But the view is nice.

Pros:
Conveniently located near the city for city dwellers.
The golf course also has a driving range with mats (but no grass). There’s also a practice chipping/putting green.
Greens are running smoothly and are receptive on approach shots.
There is a laid back ambiance and people are there to enjoy the game.
Less challenging than some other courses due to the layout being wide open.
Cons:
Fairways have rough patches.
Some holes have small creeks running across the fairways which can penalize a perfect drive down the middle.

One of my favorite for years and getting better all the time, especially in the last year. Great friendly and professional staff running the course too. New group running the food this year - hope it is as good as past few years......

In better shape than pre-pandemic. Looks like water management work has been done, fairways and paths rehabbed. The greens could use a cleaning but a decent value for 9 holes after work.
