29 Bistro | Pho x Thai Restaurant

After Plaster Funtime with the kids, I was searching for somewhere easy to eat with my kiddos but wanted to expose them to something they hadn't had before and that I loved. Pho!!! 🍜

28 Bistro has a low key vibe, great music in the background, and the owner who works the register and tables(at least that Sunday) was delightful.

The food was absolutely delicious! I had to order an 18yo, a 14yo, and a 7 yo. 29 Bistro didn't disappoint.

Apps: Seaweed Salad, Short Ribs, and Calamari
Entree options: Beef Pho, 2 x Seafood Pho, and Duck Pho (these aren't the names of the dishes, but the main ingredients within).

My kids were loving the flavor, enjoying every moment of the experience, and had a bunch left over for lunch the next day despite being super full.

I enjoyed it all. The Dutch Pho was absolutely amazing and while I over did it a bit in the apps, flavorwise, it was all amazing.

Oh, we capped it off with various flavors of boaba tea!

You've gotta check out 29 Bistro. I'll sure be back!!

Just tried 29 Bistro in Dedham for the first time and wow, I'm impressed! This place nails it with their Scallion Pancakes and fresh rolls – both were super fresh and packed with flavor. Their Pho was delicious; well-seasoned broth with tender noodles, exactly what you need on a chilly day. And you've gotta try their Vietnamese Coffee, hit the spot.

What really sets this spot apart is the vibe. The owner's super friendly, and you can tell they put their heart into the place. The staff are all about making sure you're taken care of. It's casual, comfortable, and just feels like a great neighborhood Pho spot. Count me in as a regular from now on! Going to try their other dishes next.

We tried this place on a Friday night and were completely blown away by the Thai street food. I got the Crying Tiger which was kind of like a Thai version of a fajita, served in a sizzling skillet. The Kapow had an amazing blend of flavors also - we ended up getting two more orders of it to bring home for the kids. Vietnamese iced coffee was delicious and the price was reasonable. Will absolutely be back!

I recently dined at 29 Bistro and was captivated by its soulful R&B music and moody coffee house decor. The interior, adorned with colorful and playful plates, bowls, and tea sets, exuded charm.

The food selection was impressive, offering traditional pho, duck pho, and fusion-style dishes. The Dedham special pho was flavorful, and the duck pho added a creative twist. The fusion dishes were a delightful blend of Thai and Vietnamese flavors, creating a burst of exciting tastes. Definitely get a side of Thai wings!

The staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Whether you prefer classic pho or adventurous fusion cuisine, 29 Bistro is a must-visit. I left with a satisfied palate and can't wait to return for another culinary journey.

Excellent addition of a Pho restaurant in downtown Dedham! I prefer my Pho vegetarian but with real bone broth instead of vegetable stock....the staff and kitchen were very accommodating of my special request and the soup was delicious! We had a slight issue with one of the items we ordered, but the staff took care of it immediately and even went the extra mile to make it right with some comped fried tofu. No longer have to go further afield for Pho when visiting Dedham! We will be back!
