Tasty food but not easy for a vegan. When you are building your bowl, staff is able to check if toppings are vegan, but it's not marked and takes time for them to figure out. Better not to go at a busy time so they have time to help you. Falafel were nice, with big chunks of chickpeas and a nice seasoning.

This place is shocking good. It's set up like a Chipotle, so I wasn't really expecting much, but the grain bowl I had was out of this world. I usually don't like going to a new place where you need to put your own meal together, but the staff was extremely helpful and they got through a very long line quickly, but without rushing us through. For protein, the chicken was great as were the lamb meatballs. The sauces and dips were all great too and so were the unique Maine Root sodas that they have in tap. I will definitely return.

Incredibly tasty salads, grain/ lentil bowls, or mini pitas. SO much flavor and seemingly endless combinations of bases, dips, toppings, proteins! Many plant-based and gluten-free options. Delicious freshly brewed iced teas and lemonades. Wonderful, friendly, well-trained staff. Order in store or on-app for convenience. Rewards program on-app. The only downside is once you taste CAVA you will want it every week :) and that parking at legacy place can be a nightmare...

I am huge on Mediterranean food! I have to say I love the lay out of the restaurant and the service is fast and reliable. I like the different sauce options. If you are looking for a healthier alternative to fast food then this is definitely the place for you! Almost deserving of 5 stars but the food needs more garlic and salt in order to achieve the true taste of Mediterranean food! Still a great place to grab a bite to eat.

Quick and easy Mediterranean food. Lots of choices! Hummus is tangy... Beef meatballs quite good... Falafel is good - creamy texture, with whole chickpeas. Good beverage selection - Maine root soda fountain and several house teas and lemonades. Great value.
