The fish and chips are great, the steak tips and chicken salad(spicy) were tasty. Nachos are solid, avoid chicken mesquite bowl,(dry chicken and bowl needs a sauce)
Food was generally excellent, the Quinoa bowl was delicious (but the added Chicken breast for $8 was dry as a bone) and the Asparagus & Sweet Pea Ravioli was DELICIOUS although smaller than expected.
The Boom Boom Broccoli was delicious and surprisingly light for tempura. Spice was right on the money. The atmosphere was very nice too, hipster, dark and somewhat moody with lots of natural light. Too many TVs around the dining room if I'm honest.
We will be back!
We had the Parmesan Crusted Chicken and Tavern Burger. Also had a small chopped Greek salad. Everything was so good. Service was great. A little noisy but a great atmosphere. Delicious Sangria too!!
Sat up at the bar, I had a few appetizers, Caesar salads, and a short rib sandwich. Finished off with the chocolate chip cookie in a skillet.
All the apps were fresh and flavorful. I wish I had some Au Jus to dip my grilled cheese and short rib sandwich in.
Carey took care of us and did a good job. She was flying up and down the bar, taking care of at least a dozen people
A home run every time I go. I've gone to 3 different locations, and they've yet to fail me. The Dedham location is fairly new. The parking is absolutely terrible, so car pool if you can. I was celebrating my birthday, and I forgot to make reservations, so we had to wait a while, which is fine, but the waiting area had nowhere to sit. Most places have a bench available to minimize the traffic at the door. Had the mango house margarita for 2, and WOW was it good, sweet with some kick, thank you, bartender (I believe it was the blonde in a ponytail). Had an amazing waitress who surprised me with a birthday cake, I honestly was not expecting it, thank you! The food was delicious, the Celtics were playing, and lost the 1st home game of the season to Denver (defending champs). Yea, sure it was loud, but I didn't have to speak loudly at my table. It's a full restaurant; of course, it's going to be loud. If you are in the area swing by, enjoy the (everything).
