This dunks can be hit or miss. The kids that work here all seem eager and willing to work hard, but sometimes things seem really disorganized, like there's no one focused on keeping the ship running smoothly. There was one young man working here that seemed to really kill himself to be kind to customers, keep things moving quickly, and overall do a superb job - but I haven't seen him in a while. Whenever he was working, I knew my order would be good/consistent. There's a young woman working here now that seems to know what she's doing, but she doesn't seem to have the support to run things. There was also one week recently where I tossed every coffee we got here because it tasted like the cream or milk used was spoiled or on the verge of spoiling (this goes for iced coffees, lattes, and frozen coffees). It just seems like management here could pay closer attention to the details (this is the first dunks I've been to that's often out of certain donuts and bagels by midday - is anyone keeping track of supply/demand for stock orders?), and more carefully train everyone on how to make (espresso) drinks, and on how to shift "work zones" if things get busy.
Loved it because when is Dunkin Donuts never good?!
Typical DD.slow and unorganized. tons of old people hanging out.At first I thought it was a Senior Citizen bus stop
Small clean shop with efficient, friendly staff. Don't go there when Needham High School gets out. It's crowded!!!
