Wish I could give it 6 stars. The blue Mermaid bowl is to die for, never mind the homemade peanut butter I could eat right off the spoon. Unbelievable service from a family owned business with friendly and informative staff. Downtown definitely needed Local Roots and I will be back!

All I can say is wow!!!! Was so sad to see the previous business go but beyond excited with the replacement. The menu has so many different options I tried the protein bowl and was blown away! My boyfriend got the classic breakfast sandwich and the portion sizes were HUGE. So exciting seeing yet another healthy delicious option now for down town! Also the staff was attentive, informative and overall so friendly, will definitely be coming back soon! Thank u thank u thank u!!!! SUPPORT THE LOCALS ❤️

Great local family run business!! The staff has been very helpful and knowledgeable explaining their menu and answering any questions that I had. I would highly recommend the PB&J or the Peanut Butter Lover! I have tried a lot of different smoothies and these are some of the best that I have ever had.

Went in the other day and the food was great. I had the turkey gobbler and my girlfriend had the Johnny Appleseed. Both came out fast and were delicious. The inside was super clean. Would definitely recommend coming in if you’re in the area.

Great for made fresh right in front of me! I had the chicken parm and it was freshly breaded! The clam chowder was rich and creamy and the canolli was excellent! This will be my go to place on the Plymouth waterfront from now on.
