Good experience, very good smash burger. Other interesting items to try like the Hawaiian bbq pork patty and Nutella shake. The food came out hot and fresh. Family ate everything which is a great endorsement. The food prices are reasonable but I found the soda prices a bit high, but that seems to be the norm these days. So with prices at fast food places going up easily costing 10+ for bigger sandwiches, this place gives you a much better quality burger for a few bucks more. So far we've not regretted choosing to eating instead some of the other chains.

This was mediocre food. People have been raving about it but I was less than impressed. The burgers are small, nothing special. The fries taste like Wendy’s fries. I might feel differently if they gave me what I ordered, which was the bacon, cheese fries with the house sauce but all I got was fries with precooked bacon.

Celebrated my birthday @ pattie shack, they accommodated a very large party quickly. Staff is receptive and friendly. The food was amazing, I have been back 3 times since my birthday. I LOVE the birria tacos and Picanha Burger. Fish tacos and Strawberry shake is a MUST-TRY 😍

Best Burger. Had a grilled burger classic and My husband got #10 double melt cut in half w cheese dipping sauce. Bacon fries and truffle fries. Absolutely delicious. Will be going back to try the smash burger.
