I saw several restaurants closing early for the same safety concern for their employees. You drove ten minutes to get there? Wow there’s a big commitment! But with all the media attention about the extreme heat we’re experiencing and the safety precautions to take why would you be so ignorant and leave such a review?”

“Slow getting seated as it was obvious not enough people were working in fact Manager would clean a table so he could seat someone at it. Service once seated and food was good. BEWARE.... My bill was $14.53, I gave her a $20 wanting change for a tip. She returns with a $5. Asked where is the change? Reply was oh we were told to round up. Sorry IHOP if you are short on change you round down in the customers favor. You actually stole 47 cents from me - it's not the money it's the principle. I have a feeling what you did is not legal. And if you give ones in change the server might get a proper tip. Never in my years of eating out have I ever had a restaurant short me my change because that's the way we do it.”

“The hotel was unique and beautifully decorated. However, I feel there should be a little more attention to detail. The pool area needed to be vacuumed as there were potato chip/cracker crumbs everywhere. The pool area asked patrons to rinse off, but the locker rooms were out of order. I was also told the washer/dryer were broken; but fortunately, the front desk person was wrong and didn't bother to call someone to check. BTW, the front desk individuals--morning and evening--need to go through extensive retraining. They were rude and both acted like they didn't have time for us. The morning front desk female was condescending. Yet they both flirted and laughed with the men who came to the front desk and had plenty of time for them. This was our second time to visit Cape Cod/Plymouth area. I'm thankful we didn't meet other individuals like the front desk females or it would have ruined our experience. Both times we visited Cape Cod we had great experiences and will be returning, but maybe not to this hotel if the front desk individuals are still there.”

“I was really excited to find a Brazilian place that delivers! I called expecting to order the steak but they were sold out. I wasn't upset as the menu discloses that things are made fresh and they may run out of a certain thing. I got the next best thing which was chicken. The chicken was a thigh cut which actually happens to be my favorite. The rice was delicious and the fried plantains were yummy! The potato salad was good but I probably wouldnt get it again as it had a mashed potato like consistency. Food came within the hour and wasnt as hot as I would like it but I usually expect that with delivery especially on a cold Saturday night. Overall I would get this food again and look forward to trying the steak! The guy who answered the phone was super nice as well as the delivery woman :)”

“This was our second stop on the K&J Retired Persons Lobster Roll Tour 2019. This quaint store makes a great lobster roll. There is no indoor seating so go on a nice day or plan to do takeout. The lobster was fresh and cold. The pieces were small so it was not chewy. However, the small bits allowed the scallions and celery to add a subtle taste. That, along with the lite mayo and hint of lemon made for a tasty meal. I highly recommend the coleslaw as it had small bits of apple and cranberry. The seating outside is small but pleasant. Highly recommended. Clearly in the top five of the many lobster rolls we have had.”

Bloody Mary's, Mimosas, Bellinis were on the menu. The service was fine. After I got a last minute request to bring a salad to an afternoon party, I asked my server if she could accommodate me. I was thinking she could just make me a couple of salads to go. She returned to tell me they could make me a salad for 15 for $45. I was expecting something awesome. I was very disappointed when there was no cheese, meat, nuts on the salad....just lettuce and a few tomatoes and cucumbers. Very unimpressive. I didn't even get dressing!”
