(June 30, 2019, 1:49 pm)As we walked in. We're were greeted and seated right away. The waitress was very pleasant and attentive. The shrimp pasta, fried calamari and the fish and chips were all very good. The sangria was ok. I would recommend this place.

Awful service by a waitress named Kay, took over 20 minutes to get drinks and only served half of our things herself, just not great attitude almost ruined dining experience but food saved it. Swordfish was amazing and so were drinks (when finally received)

(February 17, 2019, 11:16 pm)We were very pleased to find Birch Street Bistro excellent as ever on our recent trip to the Boston area. My gnocchi dish was superb, not many gnocchi but each a total gem from a brief pan-frying in oil after boiling. My partner's cod was also quite delectable. Birch Street Bistro is one of several things we miss from our years in Roslindale.
