Mastro's Ocean Club

Was at the restaurant last night with a party of 14 and was my first time at Mastro's. The food and drinks where Awesome and the staff was great, and i would recommend it to anyone to check it out! GOOD TIMES and would definitely come back.Thanks

We chose this restaurant because we have eaten at the Ft Lauderdale and Newport Beach locations and had excellent service and great high end dining experience. This restaurant's location is right on the harbor in Boston with breath taking views. We were greeted promptly and seated right away as we did have reservations. This is when the evening went south. Ordered appetizers and salads. Salads came out first...had to send them back to make room for the "shellfish tower" on the table. Sides showed up before the salads ware brought back out, sent those back. When entrees were ready the sides came out cold, steak over cooked. Had to send the steak back to the kitchen to redo. Second steak showed up and it was overcooked too. Totally an out of sink service with kitchen, food runners and server. Manager came over apologized and comped the steak. Maybe just an off night but you pay a premium for the a la cart everything so the experience should be flawless.

Excellent food, and even better service! Victoria was a dream server, who made me feel very special once she found out it was my birthday dinner. She even took the time to find a perfect spot to take a picture for us at Fan Pier, and then had is pose for multiple pictures. Absolutely loved the service! Also make sure to try the black truffle butter, and sauteed mushrooms with your dinner! And don't forget to take a look at the dessert menu, you won't be disappointed!

Came here for a surprise birthday dinner and had such a special evening. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the water. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating - everyone was very attentive and professional. Our server Jason was very pleasant and seemed overall very happy which was nice.

Food and drinks were outstanding - you really get your money’s worth here. The serving sizes were enormous. The staff nicely boxed up all of our left overs for us and bagged it.

They also brought over a complimentary huge piece of chocolate cake with a candle and the plate that said happy birthday. It was pretty adorable.

Mastro’s is a great place for a special occasion or if you just want to treat yourself.
