Serafina Seaport

This place is amazing. All the staff were fantastic, even the General Manager personally came out to greet our table. The food was a 10/10. I can not say enough great things about this place. I absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a perfect night out.

I came at the recommendation of the Boston Dine Out, where participating restaurants offer discounted meals. I called in for a reservation but I noticed that during noon when I visited, there is no need for a reservation. There are plenty of seating available if you walk in.

The server was nice and constantly checked in on us.

I got a 3 course meal with kale salad as the starter, steak + fritters as an entree, and lastly tiramisu for dessert. The fritters were nicely crisp and flavored as with the kale salad. The steak portions were relatively small in comparison to the amount of fritters on the plate, so it might be a little light for anyone who eats a lot.

Had lunch on 7/10/22, went try the dine out lunch. The food was good to average and could be rated a 4. However the staff needs more training. Our waiter was terrible and would keep me from going back. He came over to take our order mid way he says I'm not going to remember that then leaves to get pen and pad. He come back ten minutes later for us to start over. This time instead of standing in front of us he behind us( we were sitting in a corner booth with walking access behind us) and leans over into the booth to take our order. He never came to check if we needed anything. The next time we saw him he was bring dessert and quicky came back with the check...announcing perfect timing I'm getting ready to clock out then attempted to hover to see if we would be paying immediately. Train the staff make them more polished including appearances (he was disheveled looking) also grill the lemon for the fish or atleast warm it.

I visited for Dine Out Boston Week and I definitely want to go back and try the full menu. I tried the Meatballs, fries w/ steak tips, and mango sorbet. Everything was tasty.

The atmosphere is amazing! I loved how the tables are not so near to each other. The staff was professional, restrooms were clean. We were 6 people and ordered 3 different dishes, everybody loved what they ordered! I got chicken milanese, my husband got branzino. I can say the chicken is one of the best chicken dishes I have ever had, and my husband loved the fish! My friends said that Chicken Parmigiano and the salmon were also great. You can go with either of them. The portions are big enough but save some place in your stomach for a desert as well! Chocolate cake and Foccacio Nutella were delicious! We got 2 bottles of wine and loved the overall experience. Will come again! Highly recommended!
