Mike's City Diner

My mom and I went hear to eat. Very good food and awesome services no complaints except, wish they had more room. Kinda tight with dining there, but to be honest the food is so good you may just overlook it.

Stopped by this place almost as soon as we got into town so I could try The Pilgrim, only to find out that they only serve breakfast on weekends! My fault for not checking ahead of time (plus I was already in vacation mode & didn't know what day it was). I quickly decided on the chicken & waffles, & lemme tell ya, these folks know how to fry some chicken! I'm from Alabama, & have lived in Georgia, Texas, & now Florida, & Mike's fried chicken is easily in the top three best fried chicken I've ever had. Definitely check this place out if you haven't already... & try the chicken!

This is a great place to eat. I most recently had their steak tips with mashed potatoes and gravy and broccoli. The whole meal was delicious, very large portions. Keep in mind that they only accept cash.

Perfect diner joint. Small, but everyone was friendly and knew each other. Waitresses were kind and accommodating and there was enough food on my plate to take home. If you are in the area try them out. The waffles looked beautiful and the pancakes were huge.

Very busy place and it’s cash only, but the waitress who served us is very nice. Large portion for the price (for Boston especially). The corn beef hash was AMAZING. Best corn beef hash I’ve ever had. I came with family and we shared. The weekend special steak tips was also very good. Well seasoned and not too salty. The blueberries for the blueberry waffles was okay, not the best blueberries. The waffles was good though.
