Authentic Senegalese restaurant. 3 main dishes, 2 desserts and 1 specialty juice were not available a Friday night, but everything we got served was good. The ginger juice is way too spicy for most westerners. The bissap was great. We didn't try the cocktails and our bill was $64 before tip. There's a bit of a draft in winter, come with lots of clothing. The bar is warmer, under the vents, or pick the tables on the left. The tables by the window are cold because people don't close the main door after themselves. Server was really cool and friendly. I got my first made and loved it. The most intriguing things were yucca couscous, cassava rice, and millet flour.

Bountiful African flavors that remind me of the Caribbean, plenty of dietary options and good portion sizes. One of my favorite ethnic places to eat! Look forward to something new to enjoy!

We love Teranga. We had never eaten West African food and loved the flavors of the roasted meats. The appetizers are fun too. It's like a little Hidden Gem with superb home cooked food. We're in Boston for a year and every time we stay in the South End we find ourselves returning to try something new on the menu.

Absolutely phenomenal food and drinks. We really enjoyed our meals and can't wait to go back. I'm usually a fan of couscous, but got a meal with Jasmine rice. It was incredible and I don't regret it all. Highly recommended!

Great place overall. A little pricey, but a priceless experience. The food taste really good. Staffs are friendly.
