The Westland

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. It was very nicely decorated. The staff were super friendly and quick on service. The food was extremely good and there were HUGE portions. I'd definitely eat here again.

TL;DR - The place is beautiful and the staff were fantastic. Unfortunately, the food doesn't quite match that energy.

Server - We had Ashley. She was fantastically nice and efficient at her job. I very much enjoyed having her help us.

Food-

Westland Burger: This burger is very small, which is a bit unacceptable for the price. Somehow, it was very dry, which makes me suspicious of it being a reheat. Despite ordering it medium rare, it came out well-done. The fries that came with the dish were decent.

Chicken Tenders: These tenders were very dry and chewy. Maybe the tenders had sat for a while, not in batter, before being cooked? I'm not sure. Either way, definitely DO NOT get these. Only 5 scrawny tenders are served for $13. That's $2.60 per tender... This is definitely not worth that.

Conclusion -

It's truly a disservice what the kitchen put out tonight. It makes me feel bad for the front of house staff who rocked it. If this rating was for the service, it would definitely be 5 stars. It was the performance of the kitchen that brought down the rating. There's so much potential at this place.

Quick visit but absolutely worth it. Beautiful American restaurant. The brunch menu had a few great options but opted for the Westland burger. Delicious, the black pepper brioche gave it a lot of personality. Very friendly and attentive staff. But what I loved the most was the stylish atmosphere. I look forward to visiting again!

Good beer, plenty of space so you aren't piled on each other. Got a steak while there, but it was pretty terrible quality. It was cooked correctly, but the chef couldn't work a miracle on the cut. The service was great and don't have any complaints otherwise.

I was questioning my existence in life. Then Rose changed my mind. The leaning tower of Pisa cannot compare to the beauty of this establishment. Please visit to see the best bartenders ever, especially Rose. We love to see it. Oh the bbq tenders are good too.
