Being from the south myself, I'm always on the lookout for good southern food in the northeast. This place delivers on the promise of good southern food and drinks, and the biscuits live up to their namesake in the restaurants title. Love the outdoor seating area as well. The planner, Jennifer, was a pleasure to work with throughout the process, collaborating with us on the ever-changing guidelines and COVID restrictions. Due to the size, we ended up having the ceremony and reception in the Massachusetts room, cocktail hour in the Aesculapian room, and photos both outside and in the gorgeous ballroom. The price was fair, the food delicious, and all the employees involved extremely professional and kind. I highly recommend working with Jennifer to have your wedding here!”

“A small eatery on the beautiful Newbury St. 3 tables outside, perfect for good weather. Clam chowder was delicious. Fish and chips were fantastic. My scallops had a funny taste, not sweet like they should be. The crown jewel tho was the lobster roll. The standard was 6oz of lobster meat but it looked like more. The roll was so good, grilled to perfection. Staff was very nice, fast service. I would visit again!”
