Applebee's Grill + Bar

Just had a late lunch. Classic Cheeseburger and fries. Burger was cooked very well and the fries were hot and crispy. No complaints. Want to give a shout out to my server Vianca. She was very friendly and attentive.

Good ribs, good drinks! Unlike a nearby restaurant, they don't mess up my food! Always glad to eat here. A+ for the Leominster location.

For a franchise chain it's not half bad! Great waitress named Courtney took care of us! She helped make the experience that much better.

Waiter could have offerred better service and with certain requests she would, with a firm no brush off the request and moved on rushing us through our order. I think she could have been more attentive and more pleasant. I go there often and tip more than the average person so she missed out. Kind of dissapointing. But i guess the next good waiter is the one getting the better tip.

5 stars, not for the food but for the customer service. Ordered through Door Dash tonight for the first time for a specific time of delivery, knowing I would not be home earlier. Sure enough, food came earlier. Driver waited while my steak got colder. Called the restaurant just to let them know. They followed up and I had a call back from Door Dash within 45 minutes. Thank you Applebees for listening and taking action. Will try again!
