It's a seat yourself thing and there is a typical central seating area, but there are also cozy alcoves that offer a more private and intimate environment with couches and comfy chairs. The Snickers Martini was SO GOOD, probably a new favorite for me. We shared a bowl of chicken gnocchi soup; it wasn't a traditional looking chicken soup with a lot of broth it was almost like a stew but it was amazingly yummy. Pan seared scallops were Cooked perfectly, which is pretty hard to do. We'll definitely be going back.”

“I’ve been going to Yamato Japan regularly for a couple years now. All of their food is always fantastic. I mostly eat their sushi - they do everything extremely well. They have great options for platters of sushi for both lunch and dinner, including sushi boats for 2, 3, and 4 which always have great presentation. They have a large selection of special rolls on the paper menu as well as some special rolls that change every few months. The staff is always extremely friendly and the manager, Joe, works super hard and dedicates so much time to getting the best quality fish and ingredients. This is THE BEST spot for sushi in the Leominster area - please stop in and give them a try!”
