LongHorn Steakhouse

I changed my review from 5 stars down to 3 stars. Corporate has ruined my experience here. This used to be my favorite place but they took away the Black and Blue, they took away sugar on glasses (what kind of bar business does that???), on lobster, they cut the shell which leaves tiny shell pieces in the meat, and they over cook the asparagus often leaving it soggy. They also removed key lime pie from the menu... everything is chocolate and for a fruit person, I look for fruit options rather than chocolate, chocolate, and more chocolate. The little cups just aren't the same.
Their steaks are still top notch but I find myself seeking other dining options due to the removal of my favorite drink.

The food was good. No complaints there.

Our sever was the problem. Slow, not very friendly, pasted our table without asking if we needed anything, never brought water refills even though we said we drink a lot of water, ordered dessert and she didn't offer coffee or tea, and no up selling.

Then I looked at the bill and they actually have the nerve to give you the gratuity percentages. I'm not stupid.

I'm sorry. I have waited tables and worked for my tips. Tips are earned. And shouldn't be expected when the service in poor.

Always pretty good service... food is always good too. Chain steakhouse with a chain operation look, feel, and buzz... but overall a decent establishment at almost every location

I usually get take out when I can and the last time my steak was under cooked. I called tonight and spoke to the manager Andrew. He said he would check my order and how i wanted my steak cooked. Not only was my meal totally amazing, cooked perfect but 30 min after i got home i received a call from Andrew making sure everything was good. I would give them more stars if i could.

Came here for the first time about a week ago. Only other Longhorn I have been to is the one in Franklin. Service was great! Food was absolutely delicious! Ordered my steak rare and boy was it rare! Definitely will be back!
