Zumi Pizza

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Made me feel like a regular within the first order. Took the time to hold off cooking my sandwich until my friend's was going in the oven as well, just so it wouldn't be cold at all. I will be returning regularly.

So I stumbled upon Zumi Pizza while looking through Slice. Having recently moved to Marlborough, I've struggled to find good pizza. While there are many establishments near me that deliver a good pie, the style just isn't to my liking. That style makes up just about every pizza place I've tried to date. Now as seen by their address, Zumi is not in Marlborough. When you are searching for that slice that just hits the spot in a way few others can though, you expand you search. Back to the app, while many items were self explanatory, like most pizza places some in house specials have unique names that don't hint at the toppings. I'm looking at you;The Don, The Momma and The Peppe Who?! Curious to what these pizza's offered, I googled Zumi and then ended up placing an order through the service offered on their site which allowed for delivery. Shortly after placing my order though I received a call with curiosity for how I was able to place the order as they didn't deliver to Marlborough. Completely understanding the mix up (having it happen a time or two previously when using online ordering) I was prepared for the order to be cancelled. My timing however was just right and despite the accidental order, my order was to be honored! Flash forward and I have my House special and cheese pizza and all I can say is I'm extremely happy that it worked out. The generous amount of toppings on the house special (not just abundance but portions as well) were all delicious. The sauce compliments the pie, not over powering but being the soul of the slice with a burst of Italian herbs that comes through as your finish. This is a thinner pizza and a cheese slice held a up with a slight fold. With the amount on there, I can't fault a house pizza slice from not holding up to the toppings while folded and was a little messier to eat. All and all I was profoundly lucky to get a change to try Zumi, and while I won't be able to order delivery, I discovered their location just take me a slight detour on my way home from work and overall a very acceptable distance for a great pie! Not only was the Pizza great, but the customer service shown despite the error on my part really makes Zumi Pizza stand out and I definitely recommend stopping in or (if you live closer!) delivery!

Went here for the first time today. Got pizza and subs for dinner. Everything was fresh and good. The bread was delicious. The staff were great and attentive. Nice to find a place that makes a good pie around here. The dough was good and the red sauce was delicious. Will definitely be back!

I like to go with friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The dishes they serve are yummy and the crew is efficient and cooperative. Whenever we visit this place we enjoy a delightful time. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Found this place on Wednesday and went back again a Thursday because it was so good!! The owner was there at 8:30 PM making sure everything was going smooth! Got the steak and cheese, two nights in a row! It was awesome!! They also do dinner specials. He let me try the slow cooked roast beef, i can’t describe how good it was!!
