“This DD is hit or miss! The coffee can be weak, just right or burnt. Time of day doesn't seem to be a factor as far as the coffee consistency goes. I have been disappointed using the Drive-Thru so I park and go inside. The donuts are good. The staff is OK and service is fair-to-good. The store is handicap accessible as it on ground level but the two entry doors may be a challenge. There are other coffee shop alternatives in Dudley that can provide a better quality experience at a better price. DD corporate should get involved with this franchise to protect their brand.”

“Hot and fresh donuts are the best, they don't have any. The coffee can be good, the breakfast sandwiches and hashbrowns are good. So many Dunks that I have been to and asked for liquid sugar and got granulated sugar in my iced coffee is ridiculous though. Get the order right the first time and people will leave happy and be more willing to come back. When you are rushing and making mistakes you are not really saving anyone time, actually it takes longer than slowing down and getting it right. There is room for improvement but there is that potential. They have good people but I think they need good leadership stressing quality over quantity.”
