“Really frustrated. This is the second or third time I've gone to get a quick sandwich 20 minutes before closing and no one is there. If you are going to change your hours, do it. Website, Google and sign on the door all say open until 10pm. Really tough for me to keep supporting local when this happens. Update: the employees are really nice. I accidentally called the wrong store with my order and they made it for me anyways, at 9:30 at night.”

“Went here for the first time the other day. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I have a soy and peanut allergy and they were very accomodating to that. They made sure that the pineapple fried rice i ordered didn't have any of those allergies in it. Their bubble tea is also amazing. I will definitely be coming back here!”

It is often very busy during peak dinner times so you might want to come a little early or later if your schedule allows it. I feel like it being busy is a positive because that means we'll have a great sushi restaurant in the area for a long time to come :) Also the wait staff is great as well. At one point during a visit they ran out of Sprite, and that was the kids "special treat" for the evening. She ran over to the minimart next door and bought them a Sprite.”

“Service was extremely slow. Ignored for the first 15 minutes. Muscles in wine was good, fresh but a bit bland. Caesar salad had very limp lettuce. Hubby had seafood fradiavlo which he said was good but sauce was a bit watery. I had the lobster ravioli which was the big disappointment. The pasta was thick and heavy, the filling slim and the sauce thick and tasteless. For the price point we were not impressed. Probably won't rush back.”

The rolls prior to dinner.....are so good!! Skip the side salad.. definitely not worth $ save your stomach for pizza!!! Drinks were great as well! Atmosphere was great for a party of one or more. People are very friendly at the bar. If you are under 5ft like me, you might need a booster seat. Or just let your feet dangle ????. Minus the salad definitely a 'dish worth driving to'”

Our favorite part of the meal was our interaction with chef kenzo! So personable and friendly! The crunchy lobster roll was sublime!! We all got prime sirloin, one got salmon, we got buffalo strips, giant squid and also soft shell crab, Brussels sprouts, broccoli and Parmesan and truffle fries! Everything came perfect! Seasoned perfectly and the price is right. We will definitely be coming regularly.”

“Kimball's has changed over the years. As locations have been added the quality and service has changed. The ice cream is very good and the portions are generous. The Kimball Special has been my favorite for over 40 years starting in the original Westford farm house location. Hasn't changed much fortunately. The food was really good when they started but not so great anymore. Got the Captain's Seafood Platter and the size was very good but the food wasn't. Scallops, fish, shrimp and clams covered the plate. The clams tasted dirty, scallops and shrimp needed some seasoning but the fish was good. The fries were the best tasting with the Cole slaw next. They used to give you some watermelon with your meal but no more for your $34. Kimball's is nice place to visit, don't expect great food, expect great ice cream. Service is fair, mostly young staff is there to do just what they have too.”
