“I had the BEST time this past weekend at Brazilian Grill in Hyannis. Everyone from the waitress to the manager to the guys that bring the meat around was super polite and very considerate. They kept asking us if we had any special requests and if we were happy with the service. I had been there before and it feels like they have only improved. “For our weekly pizza, this was just OK. Brooklyn style Crust was soggy and the onions, peppers & mushrooms were minimal. Usually much better - perhaps related to lack of recent reviews.... We haven't been able to leave a review on the Domino's Store site for months as our pizza is always marked 'not picked up yet' long after it has been paid for and eaten. No comments are allowed because of that! ??? No Feedback isn't good. Hoping things get better before they get worse.........”

“We order from our local Domino's quite frequently. I have only had one negative experience in the last 10 years, and... It was that my wings didn't have any sauce on them. Seriously, if that is the worst problem I have then I have some issues. They always make great pizza, and are always very prompt. The drivers have always been very nice, especially dealing with my crazy dog jumping all over them. I try to restrain her but she loves people so it's quite difficult. Personally, I love our local Domino's and would recommend them to anyone. Their hand tossed crust is my favorite. On a side note though... I hear (from a very good friend) that they need to treat their drivers better, and maybe a pay raise is in order. It would be a good way to keep your staff staying longer and feel appreciated more. Regular customers really enjoy seeing the same faces on a weekly basis. I've been in customer service for almost 30 years so I feel okay giving my thoughts on the subject. :)”

I don't like complaining but when I pay extra for extra cheese on my sandwich (13" turkey blt $14.55 +tax + $2.00 delivery charge + $2.00 tip = $19.57) and the cheese just ends up melted to the wrapper instead of the sandwich I gotta say something because I'm not happy. “Love/hate relationship with Victoria's. Love: food and pizza. It's honestly the best fast/casual food I've had. Hate: price and customer experience. It's SOOOOO expensive to order pizza/salad. One large pizza and two salads is like $50-$60 when it's all said and done. I say customer experience and not customer service because in part, I think a lot of the issue has to do with their app. It's got SO many options that it doesn't often make it clear what to order (you can order spaghetti and meatballs and it wants you to spend 5 min picking out a pasta....I was spaghetti!). Specifically, we ordered steak salads last time. Normally we get steak tips but I saw a cheaper option for steak and selected it. 5 min later we got an angry call explaining that's not the option we wanted and steak tips would be $5 more/each salad. He wanted the credit card info again and I asked him if he could let it slide since we order every week and he was very demanding that wasn't possible. Not a huge deal, but left a sour taste in your mouth and we haven't been back in months now. Great for the waistline though!”
