“Second visit, met the owner this time and I was impressed by his enthusiasm and attitude. The chef was spot on with the presentation and preparation. Food was seasoned correctly and they understand "rare". They have an excellent selection of drinks and the bartender makes a great classic "Old Fashioned". Interesting looking signature drinks we'll have to try, too. Beer lovers will like the selection of craft beers. The servers did an excellent job of taking care of us both visits, attentive but not obtrusive. The spacing of drinks, appetizer and meal was perfect. Being a new establishment, we expected a few hiccups after their initial opening but not a one. Kudos to their training, attitude and professionalism. Shelbyville needs an establishment of this caliber, give them a shot. We've found our new go to restaurant.”

“My husband and I had a delicious meal. Their crab cakes were the best I’ve ever had- a lot of meat and a good mix of spice and sweetness. We brought our 4 month old baby and the owner came over and held her while we finished our meal. Everyone was very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.”

“Huge portions for a reasonable price. Had to wait for the food coma to pass before I could write this review. We had the lake perch and it was excellent. The fried mushrooms were good as well as was the portion size. Mushrooms are massive and the breading is quite good. Service was excellent given how busy they were. Very good experience. The place is cozy just 4 tables so probably not a place to try to eat in with a large group at least in the winter. Not sure if there will be picnic tables outside in the summer or not. If not neither the state or county parks are that far.”

“Been having a little better luck here and have to say the staff are really friendly. I really like that there is a big variety of slots. I don't go often but when I do it's a nice place to relax and have fun. I don't go to give a lot of money and usually only bet the minimum and sometimes I win a little and sometimes I don't but I usually always have fun......”
