“No person to seat you. Free for all to be seated. Tight and close quarters. Old fashioned small town business. Serves lunch for about the last 2hrs. Breakfast for good at best. Sausage gravy and biscuits were bland, I’ve been to multiple other establishments with better. But they were fair for the price. I wouldn’t mind trying lunch there to se if it’s any better. We witnessed our waiter seat someone after and put more hustle and attention into a “regulars” drink and meal. She however took much longer to get our drinks and then to order our food. We aren’t regulars, this being our first time and we’re in our early 20’s.”

“The new owners have really fixed up the place. It's really looking good,fresh,and clean. The food was great as well the service. And the prices were about average for the area. All told, the River Walk Cafe is a big improvement over what the previous establishment was. You need to check it out for yourself soon”

“Very nice, clean and maintained eatery. Festive atmosphere and plenty of flat screen TVs. My medium rare burger was grilled perfectly as my wife's chicken was perfectly prepared and delicious. Good variety of beverages and menu choices. Service was as good as it gets, waitress was friendly and attentive, prices are reasonable. I don't give 5 stars to anyone unless the beer is free. I'll be back!”

“Picked up the kids from their bus (on Thursday) and went into Subway for an early supper. They were hungry and a it rambunctious. We went in and the line was empty. As the kids were making up their mind the line quickly grew to at least 7 people. I am giving the biggest shout out and kudos to the sandwich artist behind the counter!! She has a rare talent that you just do not see anymore. She was able to give her attention to each of the kids, 1 at a time without letting the growing line behind her affect her. Building their sandwiches to their satisfaction. She made them feel welcome and wanted as customers. I hope they keep her as long as they can, she is a big asset to their store! I wish I'd paid attention to her name - she was a bit of an older lady (compared to the rest of the crew). Many people could learn from her technique!!”

“Great service. I wish Burger King would invest more into their stores, food and staff. I remember when the Whopper was a "Whopper" and the Big Fish was big. I understand the changing times. With the changing culture and lack of healthy options at Fast Food restaurants, I see how it has had an impact. With that said, prefer this store for the staff and the food over McDonalds.”
