Prost Wine Bar & Charcuterie

This place is a must go to for anyone in Bay City and enjoys high quality ingredients without having to mask the flavors.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing your charcuterie menu. Justin (our server for the evening) was quick to point out the best of the menu and it did not disappoint. The onion jam is a favorite of the restaurant for good reason.

The food quality was amazing from the cured meats and cheeses to the perfectly cooked gnocchi.

Putting this on my must visit list anytime I'm in Bay City from now on.

We came in on a Friday night and greeted right away. We were told May be 40-45 minutes which we expected a wait, but sat within 20. Taylor was our server who did a wonderful job! The food and drinks were amazing. Can’t wait to come back! The smoked whitefish spread is a must order dish.

Pros: good food and excellent margaritas
Cons: limited Sunday brunch menu, lukewarm water served with no ice, and the cook could not make an over-hard egg as requested.
Overall would definitely return but probably not on Sunday due to limited menu unless I want breakfast.

The food was excellent and the atmosphere was a very cool vibe. A total mix of people dining, which always makes restaurants more fun.

The menu was a good size, not too big and not too small. We had the German charcuterie and the prime rib skillet. Loved that the coffee is local!

We had a very average-at-best waitress, but those around us seemed very well attended to.

Great atmosphere, great staff, great location.

Love the hospitality and chatting with the mixologists while they concoct tasty libations!
