“We pulled off I-75 on a Wednesday at mid- morning hoping that the shop it would not be too busy. The drive up was stacked up, so we went inside to get our order. We were able to step right up and place our order. And then we waited. And waited. And waited some more. There were maybe 3 or 4 other customers in the store and their wait times were similar to ours (15+ minutes). It was clear that the drive up customers' orders were getting filled before the walk-ins were. The staff were working at a very leisurely pace and didn't appear to be in any hurry to get any of the orders out in any kind of an expedited manner. My rating for this store would be lower but for the fact that they were set up well for social distancing and when I finally got my sandwich it was as good as I had hoped.”

Saw the steak sandwich at another table... it looked small but tasty. Want to try the burgers next time. $40.00 for 2 large nachos ,1 bowl of chili, a pop and a beer. I used to refuse to go to this one even though it was close to my house because of the ridiculously long wait times and the food was always prepared incorrectly or cold BUT about 2 months ago I gave it another chance and I haven't been disappointed yet. And today, I had to wait about 2 minutes for fresh potatoes and they offered me a drink for my wait, which they've NEVER offered anything before even though you could be waiting up to 15 minutes sometimes. So idk what has changed, but thank you. Keep up the good work.”

“This was my first experience with Brann's and I wasn't disappointed. I had always avoided dining here because I heard the most horrendous reviews when they first opened, so i literally never gave it a shot. My fiance and I were wanting to try a new place and we decided to finally give it a shot. They have a gluten friendly menu, which made it easy for me and their good was actually quite delicious. Our waitress was also really good, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. We will be coming back. Thanks for the great experience!”

“This place was phenomenal, dont pay any mind to that 1 star veggie rate when I was there looking at the menu it was quite apparent that there is a veggie option (unless you are the type of person that doesn't eat eggs). My omelette was loaded with 5 toppings and I had it served with watermelon and rye toast. The pricing was very reasonable as well, but the best part about it was how quick the food was brought out to me.”

The restaurant was not busy the night we were there and the owner waited our table. The fish my husband ordered and my chicken dish were both amazing. The perfect place to enjoy a relaxing, unhurried meal. Excellent!”
