“Food was as expected. Place overall could use a good cleaning. Start in the restrooms and move past the drink station and into the dining room. We visited at a very slow time on a Sunday evening, someone could have picked up a mop. We haven't been to a Schlotzsky's in years as those in our home town are long gone, so the food was a nice trip to the past, put off by the overall cleanliness of the entire place. We were making our way across the state and didn't have time to shop around.”

“This ice cream is delicious! When we arrived there was a line almost out the door but the customer service was still A1. I ordered grandma's banana pudding ice cream in a waffle cone which they were making fresh by hand! My party and I enjoyed our ice cream on a bench out in the front. Highly recommended! Wonderful experience.”

“Stopped in today to grab a Birthday cake. What a pleasant experience from start to finish! They were busy but brought out more help right away. Overheard an employee take a phone call, asking them to hold in the kindest of ways. The young lady who waited on me went out of her way to make sure that I was happy. She even matched the cake frosting! What a great visit with the nicest employees. Got a beautiful (and delicious) cake and found a place with customer service I believed didn't exist anymore.”

“It's a pretty slow restaurant so the service is reasonably fast. Food combinations are different but they work. Not a bad place for a reasonably priced and fast lunch. Restaurant seating area and bathrooms are terribly dirty. My Hope is that the kitchen it's not. I give it hope because the order counter is fairly clean along with the drink area.”
