“I was skeptical about going to a Mexican restaurant as it's hard to find a place with authentic food that is not smothered in cheese. I'm glad we came to this restaurant. The food was beyond delicious ????. The food was fresh, tasty, not smothered in anything, just great tasting food. I was so surprised. The prices were on point. The food came out pretty quick. The food was hot, very nicely plated, and very flavorful. This is a must visit restaurant! You will love it. I will certainly return when I'm back in this area. The only criticism that I have is that the staff needs more pride in their work and ownership. The restaurant floor was very dirty and with a lot of debris, nothing that a broom couldn't fix. When we came in we were standing there for about a min until someone acknowledged our presence and when we asked the waiter what was good, he said 'everything' and didn't suggest anything. I'm glad that we didn't let these small things turn us away from great food, if fixed this restaurant would be phenomenal. I would visit again!”

“The food was excellent. The burgers were thick and juicy. The 2 ladies who work there were not so awesome and not so friendly. I guess they were having lunch and we interrupted them. No one was in the restaurant when we get there. The lady who worked the front counter started whispering which made me feel really uncomfortable. So we decided to leave and come back about a 1/2 an hour later. When we get back they were still in the same spot so we decided to stay and eat anyway. Being a visitor in the community I felt really uncomfortable. I wouldn't go back.”

“I was pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. The outside is well taken care of and they have ample parking. Inside, the restaurant is clean and the decor is tasteful and unique. I visited for a late lunch and ordered a pizza to go for dinner. Everything we had was delicious ????. The menu had a nice variety of fish, seafood, soup, meat, and salad options. The food came out quickly, hot, and nicely presented. The food was so good that we returned the next morning for breakfast! Waffles, waffles, and more delicious waffles (they also had other options) it was hard to choose one. The view in the restaurant is great, big open windows with view of the lake and the lighthouse. Certainly a place to visit while in Boyne City, you will love it!”
