    I can't speak for the hotel side but the restaurant always leaves me satisfied - great ribeye and salads, clean and a good chef

    Delicious food and friendly staff. Had fun ordering the Fire On The Mountain cocktail even though it was a hassle for our server

    Early afternoon Rode in on the SideXSide and had Burgers and some Amazing In house made Jalapeño poppers with a Blueberry BBQ sauce washed it down with a great Gin and tonic! Awesome spot place is beautiful!

    The Eagles Nest in the Chateau at Black Mountain is a charming log cabin nestled in the woods with floor to ceiling windows and gorgeous vista views. The soups were great, we had chili and mushroom. The main special was a Parmesan crusted whitefish. Very up north”, and very excellently prepared with crispy crust and flaky interior. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend… they also have live music on some weekends.
