Great food! All homemade bread. One waitress called in sick and the one waitress did a great job of serving everyone quickly. Good omelette.
A really delicious breakfast. I had the cowboy killer, which was great and filling. The hostess that sat us seemed a little frustrated or upset, maybe having a bad morning, but the tone she used made it feel that way. The waitress was super friendly and kind. This will be our new breakfast spot when we go out for breakfast.
Not a fancy place but it's darn good food! You really gotta try this place. Service was great and the food was wonderful. They were pretty quick with service even though they were pretty busy. Food was hot 🔥 and delicious! Check out this great place!
Loved the breakfast that included some really wonderful fresh baked bread (toasted) and the service was fast, friendly, and efficient. The building is functional, clean, well maintained, but it’s holding them back. Greeted at the door we were seated right away. Our server got our drinks while we checked out the menu and took our orders right away because we were ready (my wife was getting hangry). The food was great! My wife asked for blueberry pancakes (not on the menu), and the delivered (chocolate chip pancakes also available) and she was very happy - so I was happy. I had the Hash Brown Supreme, and it was! The toast by itself is enough of a reason to come back, but everything was really good. You are supposed to pay on your way out, but our server took it at the table for us; I wouldn’t have known any different, except I asked. Lots of parking and a country western theme, but it is the food and the service that makes them great!
While planning our family U.P. summer excursion, this restaurant made the list of possible stops while in Sault Saint Marie (it was literally in sight of our hotel). We were not disappointed. Initially, the understated exterior put my hopes for dinner in check until we walked in and were seated by a friendly waitress. The main room is very spacious and welcoming. The staff was especially warm and accommodating. Since it was the first night in the U.P., I ordered a Pasty... it was homemade and good (although the crust was a bit too 'bready' for my taste). I especially appreciated the rutabaga! My wife ordered a chicken wrap that was smokey and delicious. The girls had a cheeseburger and hotdog -- both were gobbled up. The portions were very large and no-one left hungry. Will definitely return whenever near the Soo again.
