Magnuson Grand Pioneer Inn and Suites

Very nice family orientated hotel. Large room, friendly staff, warm pool. Reasonably priced

Very clean and organized. Had the king spa suite. Would book again. Food/restaurant on site...very convienient. Wonderful pizza place near by, Oven King Pizza- pizza, subs, wings, nachos.

Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. The restaurant area seemed nicely updated and they did serve a continental breakfast. My only complaints are that our room smelled of cigarette smoke even though the entire place was supposed be smoke free. Our suite also had a jacuzzi tub but was covered in a white film so we did not use it. It isn't a bad place to stay we just felt for the price we paid it should have been nicer.

The staff was polite and helpful but the price was a bit high considering. When I say considering I mean considering the room was dusty(maybe not recently used?), The room smelled like a smoker had stayed there. I don't normally complain but it was strong even for me, not sure if it was coming from outside or if someone previously smoked in the room but it was fairly intense. They specifically made us sign off that we would not smoke anywhere on the premises so I was a bit surprised it smelled that much. The drains were slow and the room was dated also. The pool was nice and the breakfast was fairly good as well.

Sally at the front desk was extremely helpful for our multi room group to get rooms that made our trip much easier. The pool was clean and a comfortable temperature. The rooms were clean. If you are on the side facing the car dealership take a minute to make sure the curtains are shut. The lighting is fierce. A few light bulbs were out... but the room was clean... a great value.
