Jet's Pizza

I would give it a 4 on quality of food however I would give it a 2 on service. The last two times I've purchased from jets they have either forgotten items or simple gave me the wrong items . For instance I've ordered the boneless wings and I recieved bone in wings, I've ordered a large pizza ,salad , wings and cinnamon breadsticks, they tried not to give me my salad and wings and charge me 40 dollars.

I had jets pizza for the first time it was the best ever the flavors were perfect the crust was awesome baked all the way. My dog was mad because there was no crust left for him the flavor crust was perfect the west saginaw store knocked it out of the park . Thank you

Ordered a pizza 3 and a half hours ago. Called an hour ago and they said that they would make it fresh, make it a priority to get it here, and it would be free. Still no pizza. They are now closed. I'm out $40 and my family didn't get dinner.
*Update: Called the store this morning. Our money was refunded and a credit given for the food we didn't receive. We will try again in the future as the food is good.

Ok where do I start ? First I want to thank Jets Pizza for delivering one of the best hot fresh Pizzas I’ve ever had. The delivery was fast and the driver found me in a truck parking lot on a cold light snowy Friday night , even got out of the car to serve me and I was standing right at the window excellent service from taking the order to the delivery 5 stars . Some of you locals are really ridiculous with your comments I mean really people I read plenty of unpleasant comments before I decided to order . I considered dominoes and other locations but that one deep dish pizza photo they had up on the site looked so good I had to try it . I’m from out of town Baltimore , Md and anytime I’m in Lansing , MI (Jet’s Pizza) will be sure get my business.
