I love this JJ because they always give excellent customer service! Food is always over the top! One example of great customer service was two weeks ago, I got out of my car and this guy ran across the street and started following me and harassing me for money. I had no cash on me and I told him that, and he kept following me, so I ran into JJ because he wouldn't leave me alone and he was sitting right outside the store waiting for me. I had just had a major arm/shoulder surgery so there was no way I would have been able to fight him off. Luckily this guy, I think his name was Brandon walked me back to my car and made sure I was okay! Mind you, this was at 7pm on a weekday! There is no reason panhandlers should be harassing people like this. The only thing I wish JJ would do is ask if the Lansing Police Department could patrol the area at night. I now only go to this location during the day.

My favorite sandwich place, I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly and freaky fast! Very clean location also.

This is a fine, quick JJs. It gets kind of crazy during the lunch rush on weekdays, so I'd recommend going before or after it.
