“First of all their pizza is fantastic and salads are great too. What really impressed us was how willing they were to help a customer. When we ordered we forgot to ask for drinks, paper plates, and some plastic forks, because we were staying at a Lodge. My wife called them back and explained it to them and they said the driver had already left but they would try to reach him. When the delivery guy showed up he had everything with him that we forgot to ask for, he said luckily he wasn't too far away. With customer service like that Piper's will dominate the pizza business.”
