I had the warm bamboo massage yesterday it was wonderful nice and warm with a deep tissue massage. I was not disappointed.

Firstly, Carla is an incredible healer. Every time I have visited her I have had a positively electric experience. She is professional, generous, intuitive and very thorough. You leave her studio floating on a cloud. I also have to commend her Covid-19 protocols. I have an incredibly small bubble because I live with a severely compromised elder. I felt safe the whole time I was there.

Carla is great! She really takes the time to listen and understand your needs. I didn’t know much about cupping going in so she was more than happy to answer any questions before and throughout. I have been back again since and plan to make it a regular thing. Some parts pinch more than others but the cupping really helps relieve the tension in my back and neck. I feel sore for a couple of days after, but then feel like I have so much more mobility. It really pulls the stagnant blockages up and out so blood can flow more freely. Highly recommended.

Had a really great service with Carla here. She took a lot of time to question me on my issues and where we wanted to concentrate and explained everything she was doing.
The Ashiatsu was wonderful and the most relaxing deep tissue massage I’ve ever had.
Did some cupping as well and was helpful in relieving some sticky points in my shoulders and upper back.
I will definitely be back!
