“I ordered a pick 2 1/2 sandwich and a 1/2 salad my salad was missing my chicken, and my sandwich was missing my sauce and chips. I called and spoke with a the assistant manager and she was very rude to me on the phone. **edit** I would just like to say that I called corporate, and the woman I spoke with was so polite, and gave me a full refund for my total order!! I'm very pleased that she was able to help me and was so apologetic and efficient. I am changing my rating from 1 to 5 stars, because resolving a mistake so all parties are satisfied is the best indicator of a great company, IMO.”

“OMG. Scott's cookies are the best! Everything you would expect and want from.. a cookie shack! He even has a rotating cookie menu and free wifi. Really a great place. We even got to meet Scott himself! He kept making jokes and saying things like "get out of here! This isn't a cookie shack!" And "I'm calling the cops" What a character! “I had my Detroit Tigers Wedding cake done there. It was so delicious & everyone loved it. I also had some vegan cupcakes done by them as well for my vegan guests, they were so moist & delicious. I was surprised because I've had other vegan naked goods from other bakeries that were very dry & had no taste so I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was so friendly & helpful as I kept changing my mind on the size & design of my cake! I would love to post a pic of my awesome Detroit Tigers wedding cake but don't know how! “Restaurant wasn’t busy despite a busy downtown on a Saturday night. Food and service were amazing! Since breads are the specialty I think it was my fault for getting veggie lasagna that was good, just super heavy on the cheese (and I love cheese). Ravioli were perfectly cooked and definitely a splittable portion. We’ll definitely be back! Order your baked goods and they’ll bring them to the table & add it to your bill. (This lets you skip the line if they’re busy! It’s a great concept). The restaurant has drinks and beer. It seems more like a cafeteria though which may be the reason they didn’t have a big crowd?”
