Brisket and pork nachos are amazing! The cheddar asparagus smoked sausage was delicious. We will be ciming back for sure.

New business in town that does some amazing smoked foods! Choose any combination of meats and sides and eat your fill! I was not disappointed, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone!

Great small town BBQ.

Hey everyone, this is small town BBQ at a great value. This is a BBQ parlor meaning you walk to the front and place your order and they prepare it right then then pay for it. I love that I can get my food and go or if I want to stay I can refill my own drink at my leisure. There are no waitresses but the owners are there most days and greet you directly. Because it is small batch BBQ everything is made with love and is fresh but that also means that things can run out. That is a part of life in small batch BBQ. Different than your chain BBQ restaurant that is reheating ribs that they cooked two or three days ago. I just wanted to set expectations. I follow their Facebook page where they post the menu every day they are open.

I had the smoked pulled pork nachos today with home made quaso and toppings and it was great! Highly recommend it. Give this place a try and I bet you won't be disappointed. ????

Fantastic BBQ! The dry rub brings the smoke to the forefront so the flavor doesn't rely on a heavy saucing like lower quality, mass production BBQ. The rotating menu means I have a chance to try a ton of different meals! The contemporary atmosphere is relaxed and a great place to enjoy a meal with friends.

Let’s get this out of the way up front, the food is amazing! It’s not heavy and doesn’t leave you feeling icky (yes, real word). It’s all from scratch and made with love. But we all know that the food is only part of what makes a caterer amazing. You can have an awesome meal at a restaurant but if the service is bad, chances are you won’t be back.

The Pale Blue Smoking Co. encompasses everything you’d want in a caterer. From start to finish they worked with us and our budget to develop a menu perfect for our wedding. They even modified some of the sides for dietary restrictions. They took care of everything from cooking the food (on-site), to setting up, to making sure the area was clean after. It was one thing we knew we didn’t have to worry about on our wedding day.

At one point we checked in on the smoking process and you could truly see the excitement in Brandon’s face as he pulled a piece of pork butt off for us to try (it was heaven, by the way). They were both so excited about their work, their craft.

All night we kept hearing how good the food was and people kept asking who catered for us? It’s one of the top things that you remember most about weddings — the food. And Pale Blue Smoking Co. nailed it! Thank you both so much!
