“We enjoyed the chunks of smoked turkey over the pulled pork. Love the chips with queso dip and the garlic mashed potatoes. The cilantro coleslaw is maybe a bit dry; I'm thinking the cabbage absorbs a lot of the liquid. Speaking of liquid, their barbecue sauce is the bomb!”

“Fantastic BBQ! The dry rub brings the smoke to the forefront so the flavor doesn't rely on a heavy saucing like lower quality, mass production BBQ. The rotating menu means I have a chance to try a ton of different meals! The contemporary atmosphere is relaxed and a great place to enjoy a meal with friends. Pale Blue is a great experience and an awesome addition to downtown Gladwin!”

“The atmosphere and Scenery were so beautiful. Our server Brandi was very nice and friendly, kept our drinks full. The spinach artichoke dip with pita chips was delicious, and the French onion soup was one of the best I've had in a while. The Gyro wrap was tasty. Definitely recommend this place for a nice quiet meal.”
