Little Pigs Bar-B-Que

Delicious, delicious, delicious. I like to smoke meat. I'm all about the dry rub. Their recipe on the baby back ribs has qualities of baking spices, cloves in particular. Also very little sugar if any. Black pepper. Perhaps brined which, in combination with the cloves and black pepper, gives it qualities of ham and pastrami, respectively. Very unique, and did I mention delicious? Toothsome as well, great texture. We come to the UP every year and stop by a couple times, at least.

It is difficult to find real and authentic BBQ in the UP and Wisconsin Northwoods, but make no mistake...this is the real deal! The ribs are smoked over hickory and oak wood and are simply incredible. Their sauce and sides are also delicious. Great place, great people.

My wife and I have been to bbq places all across the country and we can easily tell you this is the best bbq pulled pork we've ever had. Do not pass it up!
