Alliance Restaurant

Alliance is one of our favorite places in town! The ambiance is quaint yet urban. The food is amazing, the flavors are unique and unexpected in the most positive way. We love the staff and usually enjoy sitting at the bar and sampling some of their signature cocktails. It's a MUST- but call in advance, reservations are important!

Raised the bar for all farm to table restaurants! Every dish was amazing and service was polite, personable and very friendly! We had the tomatoes, carrots, fried chicken and blueberry cereal. A meal to remember!

Amazing food and service. Lovely intimate restaurant with loads of flavor. We have eaten at many restaurants in big cities and were amazed at the level of fine dining here. The kitchen is very much open and the staff all work together well.

Self-proclaimed foodies, try this restaurant out! The menu is constantly changing, and the food is very thoughtfully/creatively prepared. We ordered 3 veggie (smaller) dishes and one fish (larger) dish between 2 people, plus cocktails. We asked what was on the dessert menu before ordering dinner and decided to sacrifice dessert for more entrees, since nothing on the dessert menu was calling our name. It was a good choice. In retrospect, we should have just ordered more veggie dishes instead of the fish. There was nothing wrong with the fish, but I really think veggies are where this chef shines. The cocktails were solid. Service started out a TINY bit pretentious and turned into a lovely experience when it became clear that the staff are just as nerdy and enthusiastic about food as we are. They noticed us using spoons to scoop up every last bit of sauce and very considerately brought us a free basket of fresh bread. Such a nice and professional touch. The chefs cook right in plain view in an open kitchen. The restaurant can get loud, and it is very bright with huge windows and plenty of lighting. We enjoyed our experience and hope to be back!!

Truly an awesome experience.. the food was excellent and the wait staff explained everything... so flavorful. Just a wonderful and welcoming dining experience. Would highly recommend and we will certainly dine here again!!!
