Just had dinner at Brasserie Amie for TC Restaurant Week. First time in their new location. First time for dinner fare. I highly recommend. Very cordial greeting, wonderful waitress and sumptuous food. I started with Betteraves for my appetizer. A wonderful pickled beet salad with blue cheese and walnuts. The punch of blue cheese with those pickled beets is such a wonderful contrast. Then I had Thon Grille Sauce Vierge as my main dish. Very rare, melt in your mouth, tuna with lemon, basil and tomatoes. And to top it off I had their Tarte Au Chocolat, which was a chocolate hazelnut ganache tartlet. What a great end to the meal. That silky smooth chocolate with the roasted hazelnut was a perfect combo. I also tasted the fresh berry tartlet and can attest to how great that one is as well.

Went to Brasserie Amie for the first time Saturday. The hostess told us it would be about 50 mins for a table since they’re at 25% capacity due to covid. Let me tell you it was by far worth the wait. I ordered a Moka coffee drink and it was like I was sipping on heaven in a cup. So delicious. Also ordered the Croque Madame and that was delicious as well. But let me tell you the best thing I had was their Belgian waffle with strawberries. I had no idea waffles could taste this good!! Crispy on the outside and like a light fluffy cloud on the inside that just melts in your mouth. I will never be able to order a waffle anywhere else because I know it’ll never compare to this one. Another thing I’ll mention, we sat at the bar and Frank and his coworker (sorry I can’t remember his name) waited on us and they were just fantastic. Very attentive, super cheerful and very helpful with any questions we had. Frank also gave us some great recommendations for other places to do in town. Highly, highly recommend!!

Dining here will not disappoint! The staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is unique and welcoming. Our meals were all delicious and we can’t wait to go back. Don’t forget to grab an order of the beignets when you go!

Came in for brunch and ordered the Oscar Omelette (crab, asparagus, hollandaise ?) and it was sooooo delicious! Great coffee and mimosas as well, and the staff was very friendly! Highly recommended!

We have been anxiously awaiting for the opening of Brasserie Amie! We went for lunch during their first week of serving customers inside. The building has a lovely atmosphere. Classic French vibe! Our sever was very attentive and friendly. The food was perfect! We can’t wait to go again!
