Best pancakes I’ve ever had! We drove all the way from Detroit to visit Traverse City. So worth the stop. Delicious food all around. Great service. Homemade jam. Beautiful view.

The food was great, but the real treat was our server, Heaven. She was polite, helpful, sweet, and prompt. She made sure our orders were perfect and was always right there with refills and napkins. If you eat here, ask to be seated in Heaven's section!

This is one of my grandchildrens favorite places to eat. They love confetti pancakes. I like the meat scramble. Cherry pancakes are great too .we make sure as its on our to do list when they visit from Iowa they have to come to the flap jack shack. We love u . food has been extremely excellent for all these years.

We had great service good food my hubby ordered the olive burger and fries said it was one of the best he's ever had. The burger was fresh. I had the fish and a salad. Asked the waitress if the batter was thick on the fish? Her comment "depends on the day" lol. Loved her honesty. It was pretty good the salad was excellent ! Sweet Place

Ate breakfast on a weekday afternoon. Positives - good service and fast food, good potatoes and eggs compared to a lot of places and great bacon. Solid atmosphere with a good view. Negatives - even though they might just be that way the flapjacks were a little dense/chewy. And personally I thought the sausage links were mushy though who I was with disagrees. Would recommend for breakfast.
